eCommerce Executive Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid, must be commutable) Salary: £30-40k (DOE) NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED FOR THIS ROLE We're working with a growing FMCG business based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to hire an Ecommerce Executive to support their online growth and wider digital marketing activity. This is a hybrid role and a great opportunity for someone with strong Google Ads and Shopify experience who wants broader exposure across ecommerce, digital marketing, and SEO. The role Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)Support day-to-day management of the Shopify website, including product uploads and on-site optimisationAssist with SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updatesMonitor ecommerce and digital performance, reporting on traffic, conversions, and ROASSupport wider marketing activity such as campaigns, promotions, product launches, and email marketingWork closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve digital performance What we're looking for Experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally within FMCG or consumer brandsStrong hands-on experience with Google AdsWorking knowledge of ShopifySome experience or exposure to SEOData-driven, commercially minded, and proactive Broad, hands-on role across ecommerce and digital marketingOpportunity to grow within a fast-moving FMCG business
