Description: We are looking for an experienced eBay specialist to audit our existing eBay account and provide clear recommendations for improvement. eBay is still an important sales channel for us, but it has been neglected and we need to bring it back to full potential. What we need: A full audit of our current eBay account (listings, store setup, policies, performance). Identification of gaps, missed opportunities, and areas to optimise. Recommendations on improving traffic, conversions, and overall sales. Guidance on creating a simple, streamlined workflow so our team can manage eBay efficiently alongside other platforms. Insights into best practices for eBay SEO, promotions, and store branding. Ideal candidate: Proven experience managing and optimising eBay stores. Strong understanding of eBay policies, algorithms, and SEO. Ability to create SOPs/workflows for account management. Experience working with businesses that sell tools/equipment is a plus. Deliverables: Written audit report with actionable steps. Suggested workflow for ongoing eBay management. Optional: hands-on implementation of optimisations (to be discussed separately).
