About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to drive growth across eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. This role is focused on maximizing sales performance by leveraging platform-specific strategies, optimizing product visibility, and implementing effective marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales across eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve visibility and conversion rates Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Implement and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to each platform Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock availability, accurate product data, and smooth order fulfillment Regularly report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive sales performance About You Proven experience increasing sales on eBay, Amazon, and/or TikTok Shop Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into effective strategies Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO for product listings, and platform advertising tools Results-oriented mindset with a passion for online sales growth Excellent communication and organizational skills
