A welcoming and well-resourced primary school is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during their most important developmental years. The Role: Supporting children across Nursery and/or Reception Delivering high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team Observing, assessing and contributing to learning journals Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment Supporting routines, transitions and personal care where required Essential Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early YearsorBA in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent) Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential) Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum Previous experience working within a school or early years setting A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills What the School Offers: Supportive and approachable senior leadership A collaborative and friendly Early Years team Well-resourced classrooms and outdoor learning spaces
