The day to day:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years professionals
Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding
Manage day-to-day operations, compliance and administration
Build strong, supportive relationships with families and the wider community
Drive continuous improvement and uphold the Snapdragons values every day

What we’re looking for:
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or above preferred)
Previous experience in a management or deputy role within an early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
Confident leadership, excellent communication and people skills
A genuine passion for early years and commitment to nurturing young minds
A willingness to undertake relevant further training as and when required
