About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring, and highly skilled EYFS Teacher to take on a key role in our Nursery or Reception class. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding foundation that shapes a lifelong love of learning.

Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a creative and challenging curriculum in line with the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- Establishing a secure, stimulating, and resource-rich environment, both indoors and outdoors, that promotes active learning.
- Conducting ongoing, accurate formative and summative assessments, including statutory EYFS Profile completion, to track children's progress.
- Using observations and assessments to skillfully plan next steps and provide effective interventions for all children, including those with SEND.
- Building and maintaining strong, empathetic relationships with children, ensuring their emotional well-being and development are prioritised.
- Leading and managing a team of Early Years Practitioners, providing guidance and direction for focused activities and support.
- Engaging proactively with parents and carers through regular communication, workshops, and informal interactions regarding their child's learning journey.
- Upholding the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding at all times.
What We're Looking For
We are searching for a teacher who brings energy, expertise, and a truly child-centred approach to their work.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Extensive knowledge and practical application of the current EYFS Statutory Framework and Development Matters.
- A minimum of one year's successful teaching experience within a Nursery or Reception class.
- Proficiency in teaching systematic synthetic phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc. or similar programme).
- Demonstrated ability to inspire curiosity and promote independence through effective continuous provision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and a positive, flexible attitude.
- A deep commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional improvement.
