We are currently recruiting an Early Years Curriculum Writer / Researcher for one of Korea’s largest English education companies. This is a freelance position with a set salary, offering flexible working hours and occasional online meetings with teams based in Korea. Key responsibilities Research Early Years pedagogy and best practice to inform curriculum developmentWrite and refine Early Years curriculum materials (lesson plans, teacher guides, units, activities)Ensure content is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned to learning outcomesReview and improve existing materials based on feedbackCollaborate with curriculum/academic teams and attend occasional online meetings (Korea time) Requirements Teaching qualification in Early Years and/or a degree in Early Years EducationMinimum 3–5 years’ Early Years teaching experienceStrong research skills and excellent written EnglishAble to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond to feedbackFlexible to join occasional online meetings scheduled with Korea-based teamsContract & working patternFreelance contract with a set salaryFlexible working hours, deliverables-basedRemote working with online collaboration How to apply Please send your CV to: Please note: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
