The Early Careers Team leads the creation and shaping of M&Gs early talent recruitment strategy and provides best in class development programmes to our interns, apprentices, and graduates. The Early Careers Recruitment and Development Consultant is responsible for supporting the team to deliver end-to-end recruitment and programme management of graduates and interns. From attraction events on campus, to designing learning interventions, mentoring graduates, and partnering senior stakeholders in the business, this is an exciting and varied role, You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end graduate and internship programmes, including all recruitment, attraction, selection, induction delivery and programme design, and management.
