This role focuses on development rather than graduate recruitment.The perfect Early Careers Advisor will have 12-18 months of experience in a law firm and have a real passion for lawyer development. You'll be a team player and keen to be part of an ever-evolving law firm.This role is a permanent position with a salary of up to £40,000, excellent benefits, and hybrid working.
