We need someone to help finalize and upload our course materials by October 28, 2025. The work is technical and involves editing videos, generating transcripts, and using Adobe Premiere Pro, Vimeo, and ARMember to complete the materials. Scope of work - Locate and organize all in-process and completed course files - Pull raw video from Google Drive - Edit videos (trim, clean up sound, remove filler words) - Generate and verify accurate transcripts - Upload finalized videos to Vimeo and Google Drive backup Detailed Requirements: • Editing requirements are basic. The videos already have background • scenes+ speaker in the files. They need to be cleaned up, spot-checked for • quality issues, eg sound quality, a transcript generated, and uploaded to ARMember. • We have approximately 15 (not more than 18) hours of video, broken into a total of 10 sections for the course overall. A few of the sections are already completed. • The videos are in Google Drive • To be consistent with other videos already completed, editing should take place in Adobe Premiere • Trim start and ends (rarely in mid-recording, we will provide a timestamp) • Remove "ums," repeated or incorrect words, etc • Use Premiere's custom dictionary for technical vocabulary (we will • supply word list) • Ensure that the speaker and presentation deck videos are properly aligned • Generate a final transcript for each segment • Export to Vimeo, and a backup to Google Drive • Configure security restrictions in Vimeo We have a hard deadline of 28th October.
