Dynamics 365 Senior Developer - London OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This London-based role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to build high-quality, scalable systems. Salary£75,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and system integrations. Lead full lifecycle development from technical design through to deployment. Partner with functional consultants to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and third-party systems. Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and implement best-practice approaches. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. Ensure all development aligns with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks. Support upgrades, migrations, and ongoing enhancements across the Dynamics 365 platform. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, ideally at senior or lead level. Strong proficiency in: C#, .NET, JavaScript Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience with Dataverse, solution management, and ALM processes. Solid understanding of integration patterns and API development. Strong documentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
