Harmonix Digital — Contract / Project-Based / Long-Term We are hiring an elite DTM Builder / Integration Engineer to help us build and deploy our internal suite of AI-powered Digital Team Members (DTMs). This role is for advanced AI automation engineers who can build real systems — not just chatbots. If you understand LLMs, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and multi-system automation, you will thrive here. 🔧 About the Role You will be responsible for helping us build and maintain AI agents that: Handle sales and appointment-setting Manage customer support conversations Create and repurpose content Analyze data Automate workflows Integrate with CRMs Execute tasks inside client businesses Send approvals and notifications Produce reports and insights These agents are installed into real service-based businesses, so reliability and consistency are essential. 🛠 Responsibilities You will: 1. Build AI Agents (DTMs) Configure agent personalities, logic, and task flows Build prompt systems and multi-step reasoning chains Create guardrails, error-handling, and override paths Set up approval flows via Slack / WhatsApp Ensure agents can run independently and with other agents 2. Integrate Agents Into Client Ecosystems You must integrate DTMs with tools such as: Core Systems GoHighLevel (GHL) Gmail / Outlook Google Calendar Slack WhatsApp (Cloud API) Automations Zapier Make n8n Webhooks API endpoints Lead Generation Tools Instantly Apollo LinkedIn DM Instagram / Facebook DM APIs SMS platforms Content Tools (for content DTMs) CapCut OpusClip VEED / VEO3 Video generation/editing pipelines 3. LLM Integration (Bring Your Own Model System) All agents must work with: OpenAI (ChatGPT) Gemini Claude Manus Llama/Mistral (optional) You will configure whichever LLM the client chooses. 4. Deployment & Installation Install agents into client CRMs and systems Configure API keys, triggers, and workflows Set up communications and notifications Ensure proper “runtime energy” and daily reporting Document each installation 5. Testing & QA Test all logic, sequences, and integrations Debug issues Optimize performance Ensure uptime, reliability, and accuracy ⚙️ Required Skills We are looking for someone with strong experience in: AI / LLM Engineering Prompt engineering Multi-agent logic LLM configuration (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Reasoning chains & task automation Automation Platforms Zapier (advanced) Make (advanced) n8n Webhooks API integrations CRM + Sales Systems GoHighLevel (required) HubSpot (bonus) Sales/lead gen automations Technical / Development Skills (Not full-stack dev level, but enough for integrations) JSON API calls HTTP requests OAuth Webhooks Automation debugging Bonus Experience CapCut, OpusClip, VEED Twilio, Stripe Video/content processing pipelines Python or Node.js scripting 📌 Expectations You must be reliable, solution-oriented, and proactive Daily updates through Slack Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Professional communication Ability to build systems that are stable, not “one-off hacks” You must test everything before delivery 💰 Compensation This is a project-based role with long-term potential. We will start with smaller builds, and scale up to more complex DTM architecture as trust is built.
