This is a newly created, varied position working closely with the Chief of Staff. No two days will be the same, and the role would suit someone hands on, upbeat, and happy to help where needed.The family are relaxed, friendly, and value a personable team member with a good sense of humour. You'll be joining a small, supportive team and will be an integral part of smooth daily operations of family and office life.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Logistics Confident driving for family and principal journeys (e.g., airport runs, errands).Assistance transporting suitcases, clothing, or items between London and Paris/Switzerland.Flexible to support travel logistics when required (passport essential). Household & Family Support Light household assistance around the family home (new baby in residence).Helping with two miniature dachshunds - walks, vet trips, moving them between locations.Household PA tasks: managing post, returns, collecting items from storage, liaising with contractors.
