Like staying active and working on your own, but still part of a team? You’re someone who enjoys being on the road, staying active and working on your own. You want a job where you’re trusted to get on with it, where the work is hands-on and what you do really matters.

That’s exactly what you’ll find here. As a Driver and Semi-skilled Operative in our South-Central repairs team, you’ll spend your days visiting different sites, clearing up after repairs and helping keep our customers’ homes safe, clean and ready to live in. You won’t be stuck indoors. You’ll have a van, a clear schedule sent to your PDA, the right tools and the support of a wider team who are always there if you need them. You’ll be out there on your own, part of something bigger, and we’ll make sure you’re looked after too.

What you’ll do
Collect and clear waste from jobs across the region, following health and safety guidance
Load and unload heavy items like rubble sacks, concrete posts and fencing panels
Dispose of waste at the correct sites depending on material type
Carry out mould washes in customers’ homes (we’ll show you how)
Work independently while staying connected to a wider team
Represent Home Group with care and professionalism when meeting customers
