We’re now recruiting for Part time or Full time Domestic Supervisor to join our founding team. If you’re an experienced nurse ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role
Hours: Part time or Full time role available
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our Domestic Staff daily, ensuring all shifts are covered.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment while respecting our residents’ lifestyles.
Engage residents in their living spaces, allowing them to personalize their areas.
Oversee and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning routines, both scheduled and on-the-spot.
Manage cleaning supplies, adhering to budgets and COSHH regulations.
Assist with the storage and care of residents’ clothing.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations.
Uphold confidentiality at all times regarding resident and staff information.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a sympathetic understanding of the needs of older adults.
Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
Flexibility and independence in your work approach.
Previous experience supervising domestic staff in a residential setting is a plus!
