Salary: £12.21-£13.40 per hour

We are excited to be opening a brand-new, purpose-built 11-bed care home early next year, and we are looking for three dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service from the very beginning and help us create a warm, welcoming, and spotless environment for our residents.

About the Role

As a Cleaner in our home, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, communal lounges, bathrooms, and staff areas
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising and general housekeeping
• Replenish supplies where needed
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment safely
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Work in line with health & safety and COSHH guidelines

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and take pride in their work
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Friendly, respectful, and committed to high-quality standards
• Experienced in cleaning (care sector experience is beneficial but not essential)
• Willing to undertake required training
