Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Covering North London & Hertfordshire

They are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their dynamic construction team covering projects within the region.

As the Document Controller you will:

• Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team
• Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures
• Manage the printing of design project information
• Maintain and control the hard copy record of all project documentation on site
• Ensure the site team is working on the latest issue of design documentation
• Undertake regular checks of assigned security checks

Requirements:

• Previous experience as the Document Controller in the construction space
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
