The firm prides itself on partner-led advice, exceptional client service and a culture underpinned by integrity, teamwork and commercial focus.The Role You’ll join the firm’s Commercial Litigation team, working on a wide range of contentious matters for a high-calibre client base. The team acts for national and regional businesses, senior executives and professional services clients. You’ll: Handle significant commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder, director-/partner-level, and multi-party matters.Be client facing, managing your own matters (dependent on level) and working with senior colleagues on complex litigation strategy.Draft pleadings, witness statements, disclosure/management, hearings, ADR/mediation, and negotiate settlements.Contribute to business development — building networks, engaging with clients and referrers, strengthening the firm’s reputation in the region.Work in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration, quality and real career progression rather than scoreboard metrics. Who We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor with c. 3-6+ PQE (Associate or Senior Associate level) in commercial litigation (or equivalent dispute resolution experience).Proven experience of managing litigation matters (from advisory/pre-litigation through to hearings) and drafting key litigation documents.Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and client-service skills, and the drive to develop and grow your practice.Comfortable working in a suppo
