Job Description:
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Despatch / Loading Operative to work permanent night shifts for a busy logistics and distribution business based in Aldridge. This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role, offering long-term work and excellent stability for the right candidate.

Main Duties:

Manually loading vehicles safely and efficiently

Completing despatch manifests and all related documentation

Updating computer stock records and despatch information

Working as part of a small, reliable night team

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in despatch, warehouse loading, or logistics

Confident with manual handling and physical work

Able to complete paperwork accurately and update computer systems

Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial but not essential

Reliable and able to work full-time night shifts

What We Offer:

£14.00 per hour, paid weekly
