One to One Personnel are working with a well established organisation who are currently seeking a Director of Quality. This role will be offered on a temporary contract. Responsibilities: Ensure that the companies quality assurance strategy is implemented and continuously reviewed in line with sector changesLead on readiness for reports & AuditsPlan and implement continuous professional development for the companies community to drive improvementLead on the development of innovative teaching approaches in the use of the virtual learning environmentLead on curriculum reforms to inform the college community of change and ensure they are prepared for transitionLead on HE quality, meeting regulations, participation plan and informing of the HE qualification landscapeDrive a robust accurate self-assessment procedure for the college, curriculum and business support areasReport periodically to inform the senior leadership team and Governors on the quality performanceLead on Inclusion, Equality and Diversity from the lens of quality in all the departments workLead on partnershipsJoin the Senior Executive Leadership Team in actively leading strategy and operations What you’ll need A confident, approachable personalityMust have Quality and Leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service In date Enhanced DBS or on the update system What’s in it for you?
