This role involves strategic oversight and delivery of operating plans across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with contributions to Financial Services and New Homes operations. Main Purpose of the Role: The Estate Agency Director will be responsible for implementing and delivering the division’s strategic operating plans, focusing on sales performance, income, profit, and market share. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive market share through effective strategies and maintain high standards across various business streams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Drive listings and market share through a culture of canvassing and prospecting.Create and maintain a partnership culture throughout the division to maximise operational efficiency.Contribute to and support strategic divisional planning to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement.Build and develop a highly effective divisional management team, embedding core behaviours and values.Ensure compliance with operational planning and financial control systems.Monitor operating and financial results against plans and budgets, taking remedial action as necessary.Represent the division both internally and externally, establishing it as a leader in the industry.Lead and motivate the divisional business, fostering a high-performance culture.
