Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of direct labour staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during operations.
Assess workload and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Provide training and support to team members for skill development.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with management to set targets and assess project progress.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a direct labour context.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
Experience with performance measurement and management.
Proficiency in using various management software and tools.
