  • As a Lead Instructor, you will deliver a dynamic, remote, part-time bootcamp that equips students with foundational and strategic skills in product management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development. You will guide learners through live sessions, hands-on exercises, and a capstone project, helping them bridge technical expertise with strategic thinking. This role combines teaching, mentoring, and curriculum adaptation, allowing you to create a high-impact, inclusive learning experience. You will work in a collaborative, fully remote environment and directly influence students’ professional growth and confidence in navigating complex technical concepts. Your role ensures participants can apply knowledge practically while preparing them for success in product and technology careers.
  • Accountabilities
  • Deliver live, instructor-led remote sessions (up to 48 hours) covering Front-End & Back-End Development, Cloud technologies, Cybersecurity, SDLC, Salesforce fundamentals, and Mobile Development basics.
  • Prepare, adapt, and maintain course materials to ensure clarity, engagement, and relevance for participants with diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Guide students through interactive exercises, case studies, and a final capstone project, providing actionable feedback and mentorship.
  • Create and foster an inclusive and collaborative online classroom environment that encourages participation, problem-solving, and professional growth.
  • Track student attendance, engagement, and progress, reporting insights to the program team and supporting final project delivery and presentations.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development, IT strategy, cloud architecture, or related technical fields.
  • Strong technical understanding of web development (Front-End & Back-End), cloud computing principles, and secure SDLC practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce at a strategic level, including capabilities, use cases, and integrations.
  • Awareness of mobile development fundamentals (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or training, preferably with remote delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and contextualize complex technical concepts.
  • Fluency in English for instruction and communication.
