DWP. Digital with Purpose.
DWP is the UK's largest government department. We help people into work, and make payments worth over £195bn a year to support some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. We're driving a once-in-a-generation transformation of government services.
We're using fresh ideas and leading-edge technologies to build and maintain innovative, scalable and user-centric digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, at key moments in their lives.
The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.
Delivery. Work. Projects.
As a Digital Performance Analyst in DWP Digital's Specialist Devices team, you'll help turn data into decisions that improve the tools and services our colleagues rely on every day.
You'll be part of a user-focused team that owns the end-to-end delivery of specialist devices and services, making sure our people have what they need to do their best work. Your insights will directly shape service design, user experience, and strategic choices across our Digital Workspaces.
In this role, you'll work with complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable performance analysis. You'll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to continuously improve services based on evidence and user needs. You'll also support wider government priorities around digital inclusion, data transparency, and service efficiency.
It's a great opportunity to work at the heart of digital transformation in the UK's largest government department, where your analysis will help shape services used by millions and improve the experience for thousands of DWP colleagues.
