Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Freelance, Long-Term Potential) About Us We are an established virtual assistance company based in the Philippines, supporting business owners and leaders globally. We are expanding our internal team and are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaign projects, while developing compelling marketing assets that drive results. We strongly prefer Filipino talents from Cagayan de Oro and nearby locations, and we are also considering applicants from Davao, Cebu, and surrounding areas. Role Overview This is a freelance position with the potential to transition into a full-time internal role after 3 to 6 months, depending on performance. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, organized, and capable of independently managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You should have strong experience in creating marketing assets, managing digital campaigns, and coordinating cross-channel initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Marketing Campaign Projects: Plan, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives • Marketing Assets Creation: Design and produce presentation decks, brochures, and other collateral needed for campaigns • Webinar Setup: Plan, set up, and manage webinars on LinkedIn or other commonly used platforms to engage target audiences • Advertising Campaigns: Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Meta – Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email newsletter sequences that promote existing assets and campaign initiatives • Social Media Content Planning: Develop social media content plans that align with campaign projects and company marketing objectives • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and meet quality standards • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to the company’s branding and messaging guidelines Requirements • Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns • Strong skills in creating compelling marketing assets (presentations, brochures, email sequences) • Experience with setting up webinars and virtual events on LinkedIn or other platforms • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads • Ability to create social media content plans aligned with campaign objectives • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing best practices • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable internet connection • Preferably based in Cagayan de Oro or nearby areas; also open to applicants from Davao, Cebu, and surrounding regions Work Setup • Work-from-home • Flexible communication schedules • Collaborative internal environment with regular check-ins Compensation & Benefits (upon full-time transition) • Competitive compensation package • HMO/healthcare coverage (Maxicare) • Company activities including team buildings, virtual events, and internal community programs • Training and development opportunities • Additional internal employee benefits Initial Engagement • Freelance contract • Performance evaluation after 3 to 6 months • Strong potential for full-time internal placement with full benefits How to Apply Please submit the following: 1.
