We are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to coordinate and monitor effective apprenticeship and work-based learning delivery under the guidance of the Audit/Quality Team Leader.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver training and assessment for Digital Marketing apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with curriculum standards and industry requirements.Coordinate with the Audit/Quality Team Leader to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program.Monitor and support the progress of apprentices, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their learning experience.Develop and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry needs and enhance employment outcomes for apprentices.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to apprenticeship training and assessments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a trainer/assessor in Digital Marketing or a related field.Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and work-based learning delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of learners and stakeholders.Organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic educational
