Digital, Engagement and Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) – £30,000-£32,500 per year (depending on experience) + Benefits – Portsmouth (Hybrid) The Role Could you lead a creative marketing strategy that helps change young lives at sea? Are you an experienced manager confident across digital, PR and events? Tall Ships Youth Trust is a national charity supporting young people through life-changing experiences at sea. We're looking for a versatile Digital, Engagement and Marketing Manager to join us for a 12-month maternity cover contract. You'll lead our multi-channel marketing and engagement strategy to raise awareness, increase participation in our youth sailing programmes, and grow our supporter base. You will manage a small team and collaborate across departments to deliver engaging campaigns, effective design, and memorable events.
