This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the brand’s digital presence as they prepare for a major launch in April. You will bring fresh ideas, a strong user-centred mindset, and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible digital experiences. The ideal candidate has deep experience in UX design, consumer behaviour, and complex digital purchase journeys—particularly for service-based brands where decision-making relies on educational content rather than traditional e-commerce flows. The Opportunity As the Digital Design Lead for this project, you’ll own and drive the design and evolution of high-quality, customer-centred experiences across the website, digital campaigns, and email communications. You’ll work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure that digital design supports commercial goals and delivers a best-in-class user experience across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Experience Design Lead the design across the website and key digital touchpoints, including landing pages, product/service pages, and campaign journeys.Develop and test UX enhancements across the customer lifecycle.Create responsive, intuitive, conversion-focused layouts rooted in strong UX/UI principles.Design digital campaign assets — particularly campaign landing pages, banners, and supporting promotional materials.Design email campaigns and automated flow
