We're looking for a positive, highly motivated Creative Artworker with a strong understanding of design principles to support with the launch of our new Brand Identity. As a member of our fantastic Creative Studio team, you'll develop and artwork a variety of assets that enhance our brand and engage our audience.Experience Required:Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (essential) and Figma (desirable)Excellent knowledge of InDesign style sheetsUnderstanding of visual elements such as composition, colour, and typography, to create aesthetically pleasing designs with accessibility in mindStrong ability to accurately interpret brand guidelinesCompetent proofing & self-editing capabilityExcellent knowledge of preparing documents for digital and printStrong communication and people skills to interpret client visions and collaborateA proactive, flexible and energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering phenomenal attention to detailIn such a fast-paced environment you must be intuitive, able to lead and to think on your feetExcellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlinesExercise autonomy in decision-making and Problem-solving to quickly and effectively address any issues or challenges that arise during the design/ artwork processResponsibilities:Interpreting briefs from the business and ensuring all designs are consistent with the new brand guidelinesCreating high-quality creative/artwork across all channels and formats such as customer journeys, brochures, email, social media and video.Ensuring quality is of a high standard by proofreading and checking designs for errors, inconsistencies, and meets client specificationsSourcing and retouching images to bring brand elements into imagery<
