We are looking for freelance assistance to serve as digital banking mystery shoppers in Guatemala. As a mystery shopper, you will provide valuable insights into the real customer experience offered by various banking applications. Join us in evaluating digital banking services and help shape the future of digital financial experiences. Role and Responsibilities: - Evaluate the digital banking experience by opening online bank accounts in financial institutions. - Record the account opening process and provide screen recordings. - Participate in an online/Zoom call with our evaluation team to discuss your experiences and provide feedback. Compensation: Initial Account Opening and Screen Recording Payment: $300 for each successful account opening. Ongoing Monthly Insights Payment: $50 per month per bank account for providing ongoing insights, as long as the accounts remain open. Opt-Out Option: Mystery shoppers can opt out at any time, discontinuing the ongoing monthly compensation. Requirements: - Flexible availability to dedicate 2-4 hours in total for an online/Zoom call with our team. - Must be based in Guatemala and have experience using digital banking platforms.
