About
We’re an online pet accessory business looking for an experienced digital ads specialist to help us scale across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google. You’ll be responsible for setting up campaigns, managing budgets, testing creative, building retargeting funnels and optimising performance to drive consistent, profitable sales. This includes paid social, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search and Pinterest Ads. You should have proven experience running ads for ecommerce brands and a strong understanding of how to analyse data, identify winning audiences and refine creative for conversions. A good visual sense is important as our products rely heavily on strong creative angles and scroll-stopping content. You’ll be expected to test often, move quickly and keep performance within acceptable cost targets. Our target CPA is around $10–$15. Typical CPC ranges for our category are roughly $0.50–$1.20 on Instagram/TikTok, $0.40–$0.80 on Google Shopping and around $0.10–$0.40 on Pinterest. As we scale, we’re looking for a minimum ROAS of 2x and ideally 3–4x. If you know how to build profitable funnels, optimise efficiently and grow an ecommerce business without wasting spend, this will suit you well. We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive and results-driven who can help take our brand to the next stage of growth.
