What you'll actually be doing Meeting prospective clients and properly fact-finding their risks Conducting genuine zero-based insurance reviews Working closely with underwriters to secure competitive terms Presenting and selling insurance proposals confidently Building a profitable book of business A strong background in commercial motor fleet is essential. That's the backbone here. What matters (and what doesn't) Most important? Attitude. You need to: Bring energy and professionalism to every client interaction Be proactive - no waiting to be told what to do Spot opportunities to grow accounts Be commercially aware Work well with a team but back yourself when needed Handle change without losing your head Integrity isn't optional - it's expected.
