We are seeking an experienced developer to create an internal web-based tool that automates the process of checking availability and pricing across multiple partner properties (60+) all with different booking systems. Currently, our customer service team manually checks availability and pricing across various partner websites when responding to enquiries which is far to slow. We are seeking an experienced Developer / full-stack engineer to build an internal web-based tool that can automate this process and provide accurate pricing/availability within seconds and improve efficiency. Phase 1 — Internal Availability & Pricing Lookup Tool The tool should: - Scrape partner webpages for availability and pricing. Our partners all use different booking platforms but API/ICAL intergrations could be possible - Have a quick and easy user interface to search - Filter properties with provided metadata (guests, price, bedrooms, location etc) Future Phases (not included in Phase 1 budget, but potential follow-on work): Phase 2: Sync live pricing & availability with our booking platform (Checkfront currently) Phase 3: Build a customer-facing AI assistant/chatbot to help site visitors find the perfect accommodation MUST HAVES: • Proven experience with web scraping, automation, or travel/property/availability platforms • Can confidently build clean, user-facing tools • Can deliver Phase 1 independently with little hand-holding Fixed-price contract for Phase 1 only, Full payment released upon successful delivery.
