Job Description Deputy Theatre Manager Springfield Hospital Full time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Deputy Theatre Manager at Springfield Hospital. You will be expected to work on a full-time basis on a flexible departmental rota including weekends if required. The role The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theatre department, ensuring that high standards of clinical care and safety are maintained. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to support a multi-disciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
