Position: Deputy Headteacher with teaching commitment Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire Hours: 40 hours per week, term time, permanent position Salary Details: Up to £43,250 per annum Oakwood School is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Head Teacher to join our supportive Senior Leadership Team. The Deputy Headteacher will support the Headteacher in providing outstanding leadership across the school, ensuring pupils continue to benefit from the highly nurturing environment and ambitious curriculum praised by Ofsted. The post holder will play a central role in driving school improvement, strengthening staff expertise, and ensuring the consistency of high-quality provision. The school: Oakwood School is an independent specialist provision which provides high quality, personalised education for young people aged 5 to 16 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and who are at significant risk.
