What You’ll Do As a Deputy Manager you will the Home Manager in the daily running of the home. Create a warm, homely environment by helping with daily activities and paperwork. Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support. Plan and attend important meetings with Families and Social Workers Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
