Loom Talent are delighted to be supporting a repeat client with the appointment of a Depot Operations Manager for their newly established site in West London. Due to continued growth, this national distributor has invested in a new depot to support and service customers across the Greater London area. As Depot Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the site's day-to-day operations, reporting directly into the Head of Operations. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, fostering a positive site culture, motivating teams, and strengthening the company's position within the sector. Full responsibility for site costings and P&L management Lead and develop all operational teams on site Plan, manage, and deliver daily operational activity Act as Health, Safety and Wellbeing Champion Work collaboratively across departments to ensure full site compliance Manage and report on operational performance Deliver effective planning to meet daily, medium- and long-term capacity requirements With a strong passion for performance and productivity, combined with a positive and engaging leadership style, the successful candidate will be a key member of the company's multi-site operational leadership team.
