About the Role: As a Demonstrator Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by conducting operator training and delivering demonstrations of specialized equipment, including sweepers and spreaders. Your expertise will help customers understand the full capabilities and benefits of the machines. Main Responsibilities: Operator Training: - Conduct on-site training to meet health and safety standards. - Continuously update your driving and training skills to showcase equipment effectively. - Provide hands-on training at customer sites or at headquarters. - Collaborate closely with sales and service teams. Demonstration Support - Transport equipment to customer premises, including occasional overnight stays. - Work alongside customer employees to deliver impactful demonstrations. Customer/Sales Liaison - Advise customers on equipment features and technical specifications. - Assist in training personnel following new vehicle deliveries. - Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of sales managers.
