In this vital role, you will support our memory lane communities, as well as any other home or hospital that requires a specialist dementia intervention. Support the home to meet all regulatory and statutory requirements including dementia specific trainingEnsure that all residents are treated with dignity, and additional psychological and emotional support is provided where appropriateAdhere to the loc
