Demand Planner Overview: We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our clients dynamic team within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand planning and forecasting, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel. This role requires someone with a stable work history and the ability to deliver accurate forecasts that drive business performance. This is purely a Demand Planning position. No Sponsorship is provided. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros) to manage and interpret large data sets.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on forecast performance and inventory planning.Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes to ensure optimal stock levels and service performance. Requirements: Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG sector (minimum 2 years preferred).Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modelling.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.Knowledge of ERP systems and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, APO, or similar) is advantageous.
