Demand Planner – UK & IrelandLocation: Hampshire Head Office Reporting to: Demand Planning ManagerA leading consumer goods business is seeking an analytical and commercially focused Demand Planner to support forecasting across the UK & Ireland business.This is a newly created role, introduced as part of a transformational change programme within the supply chain function. It offers a unique opportunity to help shape and modernise demand planning processes while driving measurable business improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage an accurate 12-month rolling forecast using data, trends, and promotional insightMonitor forecast accuracy, bias, and performanceProvide demand inputs to Supply Planning to support inventory and service targetsDevelop NPD forecasts and manage product lifecycle changesUse the ERP system to analyse performance and maintain data integrityContribute to process improvements and automation initiativesParticipate in monthly demand review meetingsAbout YouProven S&OP experienceStrong analytical and statistical forecasting skillsAdvanced Excel and planning systems knowledgeDetail-oriented, collaborative, and proactiveStrong understanding of inventory management principlesIf you’re ready to play a key role in transforming supply chain planning within a premium global brand, we’d love to hear from you.
