Location: Home-based (with some UK travel)

Hours: 22.5 hours over 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 FTE (pro rata)

Fixed Term Contract: ends 31st March 2026

Reporting to: Director with a reporting expectation to funder

Could you help deliver impactful programmes and strengthen a growing national membership network?

Amazing Communities Together (ACT) is a growing national network of over 200 community leaders, rooted in inclusivity, equity, and community leadership. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Delivery & Membership Officer to help turn our strategy into action and strengthen our membership offer.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and deliver events, workshops, and forums (online & in-person)
• Support and grow our national membership network
• Capture stories, case studies, and impact evidence from members
• Connect members with resources, opportunities, and each other
• Provide practical support to fundraising and reporting activities

What we’re looking for

✔ Experience in community development, membership, or the VCSE sector

✔ Strong organisational and event delivery skills

✔ Good communication and relationship-building ability

✔ Confidence with admin systems, databases, and GDPR

✔ Commitment to community-led change
