• We’re growing our Delivery team to strengthen how we deliver world-class digital products for our clients.

• You’ll be joining a small but experienced team shaping how delivery operates at hedgehog lab — balancing structure with flexibility, quality with speed, and helping define what “great delivery” looks like as we scale.

• This is an opportunity to own delivery on a variety of client projects — from digital transformation work to fast-paced app and web builds — while also helping shape the wider delivery function itself.

• What you’ll be doing
• You’ll work across a range of client projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

• Expect variety, ownership, and the chance to influence how we work as we continue to mature our delivery model.

You’ll

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously
• Own delivery governance, planning, and risk management — ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and on scope
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help evolve how our delivery team operates
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Provide leadership and clarity across teams — guiding priorities, unblocking challenges, and maintaining delivery momentum

• What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Programme Manager in an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced product environment
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar)
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams or workstreams concurrently
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• A self-starter who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and can work autonomously
• A balance of governance and adaptability — you know when to apply structure and when to flex
• 3–8 years of relevant delivery experience depending on level

• Nice to have
• Experience leading digital product builds (apps, web, or platform)
• Experience in regulated or fast-paced industries (e.g. fintech, edtech, gaming, or government)
• Familiarity with consultancy or agency life — balancing multiple clients and priorities
