• The Delivery Executive supports the end-to-end delivery of Entain Studios’ in-house games across multiple regulated markets. Working closely with the Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams, this role helps coordinate documentation, submissions, builds, and approvals to ensure products are released accurately and on time. The Delivery Executive maintains delivery records, assists with audits, tracks progress, and supports day-to-day operational tasks that keep the delivery stream running smoothly and ensure the Entain Studios roadmap remains on track. They play a key role in upholding process standards, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficient, high-quality release of all Entain Studios products.
• Job Description
• Support the Entain Studios Delivery stream by coordinating documentation, deployments, and submissions required for game delivery across UK, European, LATAM and other regulated markets.
• Assist in delivering the Entain Studios roadmap by working closely with Entain Studios, In-House Operations, Compliance, and RNG Product teams to help ensure milestones and dependencies are met.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery tasks, track progress, and flag risks or blockers to the Delivery Manager and Studios in a timely manner.
• Track and ensure correct games, and version of games, is prepared and released to the correct markets ensuring they meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Coordinate the delivery activity across UK, European, and LATAM markets, ensuring clear communication and smooth handovers between teams.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to share updates, gather information, and resolve smaller delivery-related queries.
• Help prepare and organise artefacts for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Follow established delivery processes and contribute suggestions for improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor operational data relating to submissions, testing, approvals, and regulator cycles; support reporting activities and highlight trends to the Delivery Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, templates, records, and procedural manuals to support delivery and submission activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues related to submission, Regulators, and other operational tasks
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and operational enhancements.
• Qualifications

Essential

• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience of project/delivery tracking
• Adaptability to changing requirements with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Effective team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience of communicating with multi-level stake holders
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of creating progress updates for multi-level stake holders

Desired

• Experience of game delivery processes and procedures within the gambling industry
• Previous experience working with RNG casino products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of Jira and Confluence systems, and processes
• Knowledge of gaming regulations for US markets
