• Role
• The Delivery Excellence Lead drives consistency and impact across delivery by developing tools, templates and best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for leading delivery intelligence efforts – including knowledge management, thought leadership and data & insights. This role owns the Client Satisfaction measurement process across the Division and shapes the strategy for building targeted specialist skills to support evolving business needs.
• Here’s what you’ll be doing
• Lead delivery intelligence initiatives including the implementation of a centralized Knowledge Management System across Advisory; enabling operational efficiency, productivity and supporting business development efforts.
• Oversee the deployment of enabling technologies incl. AI tools and the KMS; monitoring utilization and tracking ROI vs. Business Case.
• Develop and drive the implementation of delivery frameworks, tools, and templates to drive consistency, quality, best practice and efficiency across engagements.
• Partner with the verticals, and Innovation & Growth teams, to build eminence in the market incl. through driving the development of Thought Leadership in line with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with verticals and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and build targeted specialist capabilities.
• Lead the Client Satisfaction measurement process across all delivery verticals; build and maintain dashboards, analyze and report on feedback, and assist the verticals in the development of Action Plans as required to drive improvement initiatives.
• Here’s what you’ll need
• Extensive experience in delivery operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent business acumen and ideally experience in content strategy or digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with client satisfaction programs and delivery enablement tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively.
• Degree qualification in Business or relevant discipline.
