You’ll be part of a team that values efficiency, accountability and innovation in claims management.As a Delegated Claims Authority Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting the management of TPAs and coverholders with claims authority. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll be responsible for bordereaux management, onboarding, and renewals. This position offers the chance to contribute to a global delegated claims framework while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and key governance processes.Key responsibilities: Ensuring timely receipt, processing, and reconciliation of claims bordereauxIdentifying and resolving data or reporting issues across internal and external stakeholdersSupporting due diligence and onboarding for new DCAs and coverholdersUndertaking compliance and contract renewals in line with company standardsAssisting in the preparation of MI reports and committee documentationMaintaining accurate records and supporting the continuous improvement of delegated claims processesSupporting audits and helping to embed best practice across the delegated function Experience required: Previous experience within delegated authority or claims operations, ideally in a bordereaux-focused roleStrong attention to detail and understanding of due diligence processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressureCII qualifications or progression toward Cert/Dip CII would be advantageous This is a fantas
