Your new role

Are you proactive, highly motivated, professional, and friendly? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Communal decorations team as a Decorator, working across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire and surrounding areas.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out internal communal decorations and external decorations which includes a full washdown of the properties. Since our customers are at the heart of everything we do, excellent customer service skills are essential. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and regularly with customers, always aiming to go above and beyond to impress them with the quality of our service.

Your daily tasks will include completing scheduled work to a high standard within the allocated time, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and pre-ordering materials when needed—keeping the customer informed of progress at every step. You’ll be a key part of the team, working efficiently and effectively to maintain and improve Abri’s properties, always following best practices in building maintenance.

As an ambassador for Abri, you’ll bring a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to everything you do, delivering a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service with a friendly and professional approach.

We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE  you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!

Not only this, you’ll be entitled to all the usual benefits from day one including 28 days holiday a year, generous pension and life assurance schemes and access to health and wellbeing packages.

We hold monthly talks where all Trades can attend to highlight what’s going on within Abri and provide information on processes.

If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
