Our client, an esteemed alternative investment manager, is looking for an Data Sourcing Analyst to join their global Data and AI organisation. This group plays a central role in delivering diverse data resources, both conventional and alternative to investment teams across the firm. Operating at the intersection of technology, data, and investment research, the team works to broaden data availability, enhance evaluation frameworks, and strengthen the firm's ability to extract meaningful insights from large and varied data sets. You will be responsible for overseeing key stages of the data acquisition and commercial negotiation lifecycle, ensuring that new and existing datasets deliver measurable value to investment teams. You will support sourcing efforts, participate in vendor evaluations, manage licensing processes, and help drive cost-efficiency initiatives across the business. The role requires working at pace, managing multiple stakeholders including senior business leaders, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. You'll have meaningful autonomy to lead discussions, structure commercial terms, and represent the organisation in negotiations with major data providers.
