Contract Role: Data Quality & Metadata Specialist Location: Hybrid (London - likely 1-2 days onsite per week)Duration: 6 monthsIR35 Status: SDS to be determined Key Responsibilities Own and maintain interim metadata repositories for DMOEnsure metadata complies with policy standardsCollaborate with data owners and stewards to populate business metadata for CDEsWork with project managers to capture technical metadata for MIT/BIT initiativesEstablish and execute attestation and change management processesSupport documentation of data lineage where requiredAssist in identifying long-term and interim metadata management toolsChampion standardisation, visibility, and corporate-wide adoption of metadataHands-on involvement in all aspects of metadata and data quality management Skills & Experience Strong understanding of business and technical metadata typesSignificant experience in metadata management and data quality frameworksProficiency in data modelling and profilingExcellent documentation and stakeholder management skillsFinancial Services experience preferred (not essential) Additional Information Contractors are expected to maintain clear reporting lines, comply with regulatory requirements, and uphold the Company's Code of Conduct.
