Purpose of Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join our commercial team in Denton, supporting the smooth running of supplier payments and invoice processing. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an eye for accuracy, who enjoys working with data and playing a vital role behind the scenes.
Job Description
As our new Data Entry Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers, inputting and maintaining accurate commercial and financial data, supporting the wider commercial team with administrative duties, liaising with internal teams to resolve any data or payment discrepancies, and helping to keep our systems up-to-date and audit-ready.

This is a contract position – 12 months – which could become permanent.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Previous admin or finance experience (invoice processing a bonus)
  • Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
  • A team player who takes pride in getting things right the first time
